So if you wanna know a little more about me, read on ;)
I started blogging so that my parents would have peek into our classroom.
Now I blog to share with other teachers. I've gotten so much from other fabulous teachers and thought I would give some insight into a Dual Language classroom.
Never considered it until I went to USC (fight on!) as a business major. We all had to volunteer hours, so I volunteered at a school. I loved it so much and after going back and forth, I changed my major, received my bachelors degree, teaching credential, and have loved being a teacher for the last 19 years, YAY!

The window doesn't work, the AC doesn't work, and right now the battery is dead, just needs a little jump, but I'm still not ready to give it up.
Have you always taught the grade that you teach now?The window doesn't work, the AC doesn't work, and right now the battery is dead, just needs a little jump, but I'm still not ready to give it up.
I've taught Kinder, 1st, and 2nd. Love them all :)
What do you like to do when you aren't teaching/grading/lesson planning?
I love watching movies and scrapbooking.
I would love to live closer to the beach.

I always find it interesting to see what other people were/wanted to be before they were teachers. I've only ever been a teacher, and that's what I entered school doing. I love scrapbooking, too. Unfortunately, I've got so much on my plate right now that I can't find time to do it. Hopefully things start slowing down a bit before the school year starts and everything picks up again. :)
